Position at Generations Healthcare Full Time / $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 DOE Generations Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinical & Training Supervisor to work remotely with the ability to travel to our 8 Behavioral Health, (BH) facilities, in CA, 2-3 days per week.

Generations Healthcare provides multidisciplinary wrap-around mental health services, prevocational training, and residential care for adults with moderate to severe mental illness that are conserved by the county.

The aim of the program is to promote recovery, independent life skills and improved well-being. We are committed to high quality services that assist adults with psychiatric, emotional, and / or developmental disabilities in achieving their goals.

Join our mission of offering hope, respect, and support to our clients on their journey to mental health and wellness. This person is responsible for providing clinical supervision and training to employees / interns in both individual, triadic and group format.

This is a leadership role and there is no direct clinical care. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : This position is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of assigned staff (Behavioral Health Clinicians) and trainees / students who perform the established duties of the program.

• Provide clinical supervision to graduate interns in psychology, counseling, or social work programs, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards.
• Proven experience providing clinical supervision to graduate-level interns, including knowledge of supervision models and techniques.
• Develop and implement training programs for trainees, including case consultation, didactic training, and professional development.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for interns, offering constructive feedback and guidance to support their professional growth and competency.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support administrative responsibilities.

Build and develop a student training program for trainees in the facilities. Manage relationships with schools and students to foster strong relationships.

Assist in developing and evaluating facility trainee programs and services, contributing to improving mental health support of our residents.

Qualifications :

• Must hold a current and unrestricted license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), marriage and family therapist (LMFT), or professional counselor in California.
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably in a university or college environment.
• Proficiency in various therapeutic approaches and modalities, with demonstrated ability to work with a diverse student population.
• Experience or certification in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse, or multicultural counseling (preferred).
