Our client is looking for a project manager that enjoys being hands on. We specialize in large, industrial projects, and have 2 years worth of Milwaukee pipeline.
The project manager for this role would be running every aspect of Milwaukee-based jobs. They would enjoy a company with great pay, job security, and would have zero micromanagement on their project.
This is the perfect role for a hands on self starter who loves to build relationships as well as buildings.

Description
- Manage construction projects
- Assure all projects are built to drawings and specification
- Assure all materials orders are executed
- Maintaining schedule and meet deadlines
- Work alongside and communicate with sub contractors to move projects forward
- Maintain and organize field documents (Drawings, specifications, etc.)
- Participate in company training sessions
- Assure site superintendents maintain clean and safe sites
Profile
- 4+ years of construction experience
- Bachelor's degree in a construction related area of study
- Experience working on $5M+ projects
- Motivation to lead and learn
- Polished communication skills
- Strong anaylitical thinking skills
