The Role

We're hiring a Data Operations Specialist to design, maintain, and scale the data backbone of our business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, data engineering, and business operations.

You'll play a foundational role in shaping how we collect, structure, and activate data to drive decision-making across sales, product, and operations.

What You'll Do

• Translate complex business needs into precise data requirements by partnering with Operations, Partnerships, Product, and Engineering.
• Build and maintain business-critical dashboards that surface product health, revenue performance, and operational KPIs to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Design and optimize data schemas to support scalable reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering to scope and QA data pipelines.
• Own company-wide analytics reporting, ensuring source-of-truth metrics are consistently accurate and actionable.
• Lead the full analytics lifecycle - from request intake and prioritization to execution, delivery, and insight-driven follow-up.
• Help prioritize and standardize recurring reporting across teams.

Compensation Range : $65k - $125k + competitive equity

Actual compensation offered will be determined by a number of factors including job-related knowledge, domain knowledge, skills, skill level, relevant years of experience, geographic location and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of a range of several levels of seniority that is being considered for this position.
