Pay : $35.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected Hours : 40 hours per week

About Us : We are a premier plastic surgery office offering personalized service and outstanding surgical care in an intimate boutique setting.

We are a close-knit team dedicated to providing excellent care and building long-term relationships with our patients. We are currently seeking a full-time nurse to join our team and work across our Boston and Chelmsford locations.

Position Overview : The ideal candidate will be involved in the care of surgical patients, medspa services, and PACU / OR operations.

This role requires versatility and a passion for medical aesthetics, as well as the ability to travel between our two locations.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
• Prepare patients for surgery.
• Circulate in the operating room and assist with procedures.
• Recover patients in the PACU.
• Collaborate with the Anesthesiologist and Surgeon to provide comprehensive care.
• Handle new consultations, post-ops, pre-ops, and follow-ups in the office.
• Provide aesthetic treatments such as neurotoxins, fillers, microneedling, chemical peels, laser skin resurfacing, IPL, and other non-surgical procedures.
• Triages patient concerns over the phone.
• Assist with documentation, charting, patient intake, and medical photography.
• Provide consultations, pre-operative education, and post-operative care.
• Contribute to the growth of the practice's clientele and patient base.

Qualifications and Experience :

• Warm, positive personality with a professional demeanor and appearance.
• Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish rapport with patients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about medical aesthetics.
• Plastic surgery experience preferred.
• OR circulating and PACU recovery experience are a plus.
• Medspa experience is a plus.
• Builds strong long-term relationships with clients of the practice.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 3 years of OR, PACU, or Plastic Surgery nursing experience.
• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Ability to reliably commute to Chelmsford, MA.

Additional Information :

• Medical specialties include Perioperative Care, Plastic Surgery, and Surgery.
• Physical settings include ambulatory surgery center, clinic, med spa, outpatient, and private practice.
• Standard shift is a day shift.
• Supplemental pay types include bonus opportunities, commission pay, and quarterly bonuses.
• Supplemental schedule may include extended hours and weekend work as needed.
• Weekly schedule : Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.

Experience :

• Nursing : 3 years (Required)
• Plastic Surgery : 1 year (Preferred)
• OR or PACU : 1 year (Required)
