Job Description
This role is ideal for a physician with experience or interest in Occupational Medicine and / or Urgent Care, offering a fantastic work-life balance with no nights or weekends, and excellent leadership support.
Your New Role :
Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting, leading by example.
- Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes.
- Monitor key clinical metrics, including quality outcomes and case management.
- Manage clinicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and payers.
- Ensure compliance with state and workers' compensation regulations.
- Actively participate in clinical leadership meetings to improve patient safety and business growth.
- Oversee center staffing levels and operational efficiency.
