  • Balanced Schedule : Two clinic days, two injection days, and one surgical day weekly for a sustainable work-life rhythm
  • Surgical Experience : 15-20 surgical cases per week (primarily cataracts) performed onsite in a 3,000 sq. ft. surgical space with two ORs
  • Predictable Call : 1 : 4 phone-only call rotation with no hospital call responsibilities
  • Earnings Potential : $500K base salary plus 35% net collections, $50K sign-on bonus, relocation up to $10K, and comprehensive benefits with malpractice tail coverage

Candidate Requirements

  • Retina fellowship-trained ophthalmologist, board-certified or board-eligible
  • Comfortable managing high-volume retina injections and cataract surgery
  • Strong interest in a physician-led, private practice environment
  • Open to early-career and experienced candidates alike
