The Opportunity :
ONSITE - Blue Ash, OH
Essential Job Functions :
- Pulling documentation for audits.
- Print and mail medical records and appeals certified mail.
- Distribute faxes, incoming mail, etc.
- Updating Smart Sheets with claim status.
- Prints / Mails daily hardcopy payers UB's, Medical Records & EOB's.
- Pulls various reports and works special projects.
- Perform these duties while meeting the mission of Ensemble Health Partners, as well as meeting the regulatory compliance requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Graduate Degree, High School Diploma or GED
- Must demonstrate basic computer knowledge and skills along with basic Excel functions. Must be able to type 35 words per minute (error adjusted).
Must complete revenue cycle test for new hires.
