Qualifications

• LinkedIn Recruiter experience (Preferred not required)
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
• High-energy and passion
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
• Financial services industry experience (Preferred not required)

Position Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing : Use diverse channels like job boards, social media, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
• Candidate Screening : Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess qualifications and fit.
• Interview Coordination : Schedule and manage interviews efficiently.
• Candidate Relationship : Maintain strong candidate relationships, keeping them informed and engaged.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.
• Data Management : Maintain organized candidate records in our system.
• Team Collaboration : Work with the recruitment team to enhance processes.
• Reporting : Generate recruitment metric reports for strategy improvement.
• Must be on-site in Houston with future work-from-home potential
