We are looking for a Health and Safety Manager to join our Group and lead the development and continuous improvement of our Health and Safety Management system for three associate product centers in Greenwood, IN.

What is the role about?

Are you looking to apply your knowledge of ISO14001 standards? Do you have the organization skills to manage stakeholders across multiple entities?

Can you use your communication skills to influence people at all levels of an organization? We are looking for someone to make a positive impact in the area of Health and Safety for our associate product centers in Greenwood, IN.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will :

  • Foster a positive health and safety culture that reflects transparency and the Endress+Hauser values of Commitment, Excellence, Sustainability, and Friendliness
  • Develop the necessary knowledge and expertise in the entities by defining, preparing, and delivering effective training materials and sessions.

This includes mentoring of those providing health and safety coordination in the entities.

  • Harmonize appropriate health and safety activities in the entities while understanding and ensuring proper mitigation of site-specific risks
  • Design inspection and audit plans that meet regulatory requirements and effectively reduce health and safety risks
  • Engage with existing networks and resources : ex. Health and Safety Managers from other entities, infrastructure team, legal, and other functional teams as required
  • Ensure effective rollout of health and safety related change in the entities
  • Provide effective stakeholder management in each entity. This includes interaction with safety managers in European parent companies

You :

  • Possess detailed knowledge of the ISO 45001 standards
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize expectations of multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to influence others through strong interaction skills
  • Demonstrated excellence in analytical and problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools
  • Environmental sustainability knowledge and expertise desired
