About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the financial architecture of its future. The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping financial strategy, driving operational efficiency, and supporting bold growth initiatives. This is a strategic and hands-on role, requiring the ideal candidate to be a strategic thinker and a hands-on financial leader, capable of navigating complex business challenges and ensuring the company's sustained success. Key responsibilities include leading all financial functions, developing and executing financial strategies, guiding capital planning, and delivering clear financial insights to the executive team.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, is required. A CPA certification is desirable, and experience in the construction industry is strongly preferred. The CFO will also be tasked with overseeing risk management, internal controls, and compliance, as well as managing and developing a high-performing finance and accounting team. The role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leading finance functions within complex, growth-oriented organizations, and the ability to navigate change and scale finance functions in a multi-location or multi-entity environment.
