About The Position
Job Title : Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Monday-Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 Experience : New graduates are welcome;
SNF Experience preferred License : State License Verification required Certifications : COTA Certification Must-Have : - Complete prescreen documents - Resume - License verification Job Description : - Perform duties under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Assist in the development and implementation of therapy programs for patients. - Monitor patient progress and report to the Occupational Therapist.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Conduct therapy sessions tailored to patient needs and goals.
- Comply with facility protocols for COVID-19 testing. - Complete credentialing checks, including criminal background checks, sex offender search, and more as listed in the credentialing checklist.
- Participate in orientation as required by the facility. Additional Requirements : - COVID test required 72 hours prior to the start date, with results issued 48 hours prior.
- Social Security Number trace and Washington State Background check with fingerprints will be conducted by the facility.
