Responsibilities
- As an agent representative focus will be on Medicare Plans that meets their needs and assisting them with the enrollment process .
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Identify prospective enrollees and determine eligibility for participation in Medicare
- Conduct and participate in telemarketing / outreach efforts as required
- Meet or exceed monthly production goals as set by management
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and special events
Requirement
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
- Texas Life & Health Insurance license will be required.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Confident individual who works well independently.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Be willing and able to handle customer rejection
- Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
- No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
