Qualifications
- Experience : Minimum 2 years of driving experience with CDL Class A License.
- Driving Record : Max 3 moving violations and 1 preventable accident .
- Must be 23 years or older .
- Clean History : No DWI / DUI in the past 5 years and no reckless driving.
- Testing : Successful completion of a drug test and road test during orientation.
Equipment You'll Drive
- Modern Fleet : Drive Freightliner Cascadia trucks (2019 or newer) equipped with :
- Automatic transmission
- 72 double bunk sleeper
- Reefer units and forward-facing cameras
- APUs for your comfort.
- Safety Features : Lane keep assist, blind spot monitors, and adaptive cruise control.
Schedule
- Home Time : Work 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 3-4 days at home.
- Orientation : Complete a 2-3 day orientation in Las Cruces, NM, with a stipend of $200-$300 .
