As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our customer accounts, ensuring timely collections and accurate reporting.

You will work closely with our finance team to optimize cash flow and maintain positive relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payment.

Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies or payment issues.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments.

Collaborate with the sales team to address billing inquiries and resolve customer issues.

Generate regular reports on accounts receivable status and collections.

Assist in month-end closing processes and reconciliation of accounts.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to accounts receivable processes.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
