Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a *Learning & Development Project Manager* for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in New Brunswick, NJ.
Pay rate : $45 / hour + benefitsThis is a hybrid work schedule (2 days remote / 3 days onsite) In this role you will execute the Learning & Development strategy and ecosystem and will work across our learning teams across the globe.
We are looking for a passionate project leader who excels at problem-solving, using systems thinking approach, collaborating, and organizational skills.
This manager will be accountable for defining and managing timelines on the Learn technology ecosystem roadmap and helping onboard and offboard key applications for the enterprise.
Working with various business partners, this person will be responsible for sunsetting select applications to drive cost savings.
Experience within the learning space or HR will be beneficial, but not required. Key Responsibilities : * Lead a highly visible project management function for learning technologies in Learn* Identify key learning tools and work with Procurement to kick off RFI / RFP processes, from vendor selection, contracting, and deployment* Work with VOC from business partners and work with Corporate Business Technology to ensure technology meets requirements* Schedule supplier demonstrations and facilitate decision-making in the selection of new technology and tools* Streamline and lead the technology onboarding and offboarding processes, managing timelines, financials, communication, and coordination across teams* Supervise key milestones, risks, prioritization, and interface with senior management to present updates* Translate vision into execution plans (i.
e., alignment of team resources, workstreams, and activities) which are tied to objectives, measures, and timelines, leading to successful completion of projects* Lead the Learn projects through flawless project execution (FPX) methods, tools, and templates* Drive timelines and document cost savings across sectors by sunsetting select applications* Responsible for the development of all project documentation (charter, key results, achievements, risk register, change management, and communications plan, etc.
as well as presentation materials* Project manage new Learn projects as needed Qualifications : * Bachelor’s Degree in business or technology-related field* 5 years of work experience* Experience managing, planning, and implementing projects and strategic change initiatives for sustained impact is required* Experience with learning technology / tools is preferred* Influence, shaping solutions, negotiation, and consultative skills are required* Excellent at building strong relationships with peers and with other partners to influence others and move toward a common vision is required* Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations with flexibility and adaptability* Results-oriented with a passion for working collaboratively with and through othersFor immediate consideration, please apply online.
