job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSupport departments as needed, but not limited to chairs, dish, laundry, tenting, and kitchen Stacking, cleaning, organizing inventory items on a pallet, and moving them to different locations Pull and stage inventory from the warehouse for outgoing orders Ensure the warehouse area is cleaned, organized, and that all safety procedures are being followed at all times by yourself and your team members. Promotes a clean area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Verification of counts, sorting, and stock inventory in the proper location Open to working a flexible schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation Stand / walk for up to 8-10 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach Use of hand tools, bending, stooping, lifting, climbing stairs, carrying, walking, and / or reaching frequently. Operate carts, dollies, and other moving equipment to move large quantities of inventory Pulling and pushing a pallet jack up to 100lbs Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.

The Warehouse Associate ensures work area is organized and clean to meet Bright's operational standards. Other responsibilities and duties may be assigned to support projects and other departments.
About You :
- Warehouse, logistics, or similar experience preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse practices, methods, and safety compliance
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Forklift driving is a plus
- Self-motivated, willing to take initiative to complete the task, while being a team player willing to “jump in and roll up his / her sleeves” to help others.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and having attention to detail.
- Tenting and Will-Call experience is a plus!
