About Us : Elite Building Services, a certified woman-owned business, is seeking skilled and dedicated Floor Technicians to join our growing team.
We provide high-quality commercial cleaning services across , Baltimore / Owing Mills and surrounding area. We are looking for experienced professionals who take pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform floor care tasks such as auto-scrubbing, burnishing, stripping and waxing, scrubbing and re-coating, carpet extraction, and bonneting.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly.
- Ensure a clean, polished, and professional appearance of floors in various commercial settings.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Floor Technician.
- Knowledge of floor care procedures and the use of related equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Reliable transportation to various job sites across Baltimore / Owing Mills and surrounding areas.

Requirements :
- MUST Have a VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
- 2 YEARS Previous Floor Tech experience preferred.
- Willing to Travel in company provided vehicle and gas card.
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Must Be Able To Lift 10+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk, and squat.
Must Be Comfortable Working On Feet For Entire Shift.
