About The Position
Job Details
Position : Pediatric Pulmonology PA
Location : Texas
Assignment Duration : 18 days with possibility of extension
Schedule : Dayshift, night shift, weekends starting in early October
Responsibilities :
- Manage very sick pediatric patients
- Treat chronic respiratory failure with tracheostomy and ventilator dependence (60% of cases)
- Handle cases of cystic fibrosis, idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis, severe asthma, interstitial lung disease, OSA / central sleep apnea, and severe bronchiolitis (40% of cases)
Requirements :
- Expertise in pediatric pulmonology
- Comfort with managing critically ill children
- Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent patients
- Familiarity with various respiratory conditions in children
