Our direct Client is looking for Technology Program Manager -6 Months Contract To Hire-Remote opportunity.
Position Overview : We are seeking a seasoned Technology Program Manager with 15-20 years of experience in Program Management to lead and deliver complex projects from initiation to completion within a leading early childhood education and care provider.
Must-Have :
- 15-20 years of Program Management experience
- Proven track record of leading projects end-to-end
- Experience with Agile Product / Program Management and methodologies
- Strong executive presence and sharp communication skills
Nice-to-Have :
- Experience in the education or childcare industry
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PgMP, etc.)
- Advanced degree in a related field (MBA, MS, etc.)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage large-scale technology programs, ensuring alignment with the client s goals and objectives.
- Oversee the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Facilitate Agile methodologies, fostering collaboration and communication across teams.
- Present program updates to executive leadership, demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills.
