Date of Service : The patient is due 11 / 24 / 25\n
Access : PIV - HARD STICK\n
Pump : No Pump; administered via Gravity\nPreferences : \n
The patient prefers an afternoon start time\n
The patient prefers a female RN\nResponsibilities of the PRN Home Infusion Registered Nurse\n
Deliver immune globulin infusion therapies directly to the patient in the comfort of their home.\n
Make a meaningful impact by leveraging your clinical IV expertise and compassionate care to support patients within their environment.\n
Provide personalized, one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education aligned with the physician's treatment plan.\n
Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with patients, physicians, pharmacists, and other collaborative partners.\nRequirements of the PRN Home Infusion Registered Nurse : \n
Active and unencumbered nursing license in the state of practice\n
Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (approved by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross)\n
IVIg experience, preferably in the home\n
A valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance are required, with access to a vehicle for business-related travel\n
