Office Assistant/ Customer Service
Job Summary
Office Assistant / Customer Service that will be perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Experience in purchasing, with MS Office, Outlook skills, or accurate data entry is a plus.
Main job duties will be taking customer orders placed over phone or email, placing purchase orders, writing up orders, manufacturing orders, and invoicing items.

Shift : 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm Monday Friday, (Monday shifts start at 7 : 30am)
Responsibilities :
- Create, revise, and close order confirmations, manufacturing and purchase orders, shipping documentation, and invoices
- Work closely with sales and quoting personnel
- Answer incoming calls, redirect when needed
- Follow instructions given to implement project goals, as needed
- Schedule Transportation for distributed and manufacturing items
Qualifications :
