Position Overview :
Bravo Recruiting Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team on a 12-week contract basis and provide essential therapy services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping individuals achieve their maximum level of independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities :
Evaluate patients' functional abilities and limitations to determine appropriate treatment plansDevelop individualized treatment goals and interventions to address patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive challengesProvide hands-on therapy to improve basic motor skills, mobility, and self-care abilitiesTeach patients how to use adaptive equipment and assistive devices to enhance their independenceWork collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and social workers, to coordinate care and ensure optimal treatment outcomesDocument patient progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregiversStay up-to-date on the latest research and advancements in the field of occupational therapy to continuously improve patient careQualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational TherapyValid state licensure as an Occupational TherapistStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary teamExperience working with a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniorsKnowledge of current best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of occupational therapyLocation : South Sioux City, NE
