Responsibilities
Client Consultation : Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options.
Sales Calls : Engage with potential clients to promote insurance products and services effectively.
Policies Customization : Create personalized insurance plans that align with clients' specific requirements and preferences.
Client Retention : Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Networking : Participate in community events and networking opportunities to expand your client base and promote the agency.
Product Knowledge : Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory updates to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirement
Licensing : Possess a valid insurance license in Nevada or be willing to obtain one.
Spanish fluent speakers encouraged to apply.
Experience : Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients.
