Inova Fairfax Hospital is looking for an experienced ER Registered Nurse leader for Northern Virginia’s only Level 1 Trauma Center! Eligible Nurses will qualify for sign on & relocation bonuses.

Full Time mid-shift (1p-1a) available with weekend rotations. During orientation will rotate through all shifts (Days, Mids, and Nights).

ER Unit Supervisor Responsibilities :

• Front line leader who is accountable for delivering highly reliable results related to Quality and Best Practices to improve clinical operation of the unit,

ER Unit Supervisor Requirements :

• Requires at least one year of Registered Nurse Clinical experience
• More than 2 years of Registered Nurse Clinical Experience specific to the focus of nursing unit preferred
• Associate Degree RNs within one year of completing their BSN
• BSN or MSN preferred
• BLS required. Specialty certification (as required by unit) within 1 year of hire
• Licensed to practice as an RN in the Commonwealth of Virginia
