The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $105,000-$160,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications :
This is What You Will do in This Role :
- Identify relevant data sources and assist in analyzing data quality and applicability.
- Data Transformation : Clean, manipulate, and structure large datasets for analysis.
- Visualization & Storytelling : Create compelling visualizations and presentations to convey complex findings.
- Collaborate with department / function experts to define KPIs, visualizations and dashboards.
- Identify and implement ways to optimize data collection, storage, and analysis efficiency.
- Track, maintain and provide current information on the operation's business scorecard.
- Share knowledge and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve project goals.
- Other responsibilities as required.
What We are Looking for :
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science strongly preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification preferred.
- 7+ years' experience as a data analyst, including experience leading projects in supply chain businesses.
- Experience with data storytelling and distilling complex information into understandable ideas.
- Experience with Design thinking and Lean thinking.
- Statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and experience with Big Data technologies (desired).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to tailor presentations for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with enterprise data pipelines and warehousing.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically about data and identify trends and anomalies.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
