We are seeking a full-time Manufacturing Millwork Engineer to join our team!
The Manufacturing Millwork Engineer provides support and assistance to the Engineering Team as follows :
- Conduct research and troubleshoot problems to develop and improve processes for manufacturing
- Evaluate processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
- Estimate production rates
- Conduct test & monitoring the process performance throughout production
- Manage BOMs and production methodologies
Qualifications
- An understanding of fabrication / assembly
- Ability to read architectural and mechanical drawings
- Ability to produce shop drawings with construction details
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to work with a variety of project stakeholders including project managers, shop personnel and clients
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment or similar role
- Experience with AutoCAD, Inventor, MasterCAM, FANUC style G Code - NC Code, Microsoft office, prior ERP utilization a plus!
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Team oriented self-starter with excellent technical and problem-solving skills
