Job Summary : We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, providing one-on-one, home-based nursing care to former DOE Hanford Workers.
As a member of our team, you will perform patient assessments, plan and implement care, monitor conditions, and ensure proper documentation.
Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to various shifts are essential as we continue to grow and accept new clients.

Responsibilities :
Collaborate with colleagues to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care plans
Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
Document and report any changes in patient conditions to supervisors
Maintain accurate records of patient care
Qualifications :
Valid RN / LPN license to practice in Washington State
Prior experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
Excellent interpersonal and patient care skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Valid car insurance
AHA BLS certification
Washington State Food Worker’s Card
Must be able to transport clients to and from appointments as needed
Clean background check
Must pass a drug screen
