Job Summary
Illinois State University invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor or associate professor in History-Social Sciences Education beginning August 16, 2025.
Candidates must be able to teach undergraduate and graduate level history courses in their history specialty; specialization is open, but world history, European history, and nineteenth-century US history are preferred.
Candidates will be responsible for teaching courses in our History-Social Sciences Education program, that focus on history and social sciences high school teaching methods.
