You’ll fit in well if you : Are a highly motivated self-starter with strong communication skills who can work effectively virtually and in personAre committed to an ownership mindset with a high degree of integrity and accountabilityCan perform in fast-paced environments and operate cross functionally to gain support and achieve resultsHave a strategic mindset and can easily identify ways to improve existing process and think outside the box to produce innovative solutionsAre a client-focused and customer-obsessed problem solver, eager to service and improve environments for our clientsAre passionate about mission-based organizations and charitable outreachWhat you’ll do at SOL : Understand client business needs and drive identification and documentation of business and user requirements across multiple business unitsConduct elaboration sessions to identify and document user stories, including high-level processes, estimates and prioritiesDesign and document workflows to understand current state processes and potential gapsLead solution design process and ensure business requirements are effectively translated into suitable solutions Configure new applications, unit test custom features and demonstrate new features to end users Documents new features and functionality, creates training materials and delivers training to end usersBuild and develop strong, trusting long-term business relationships with clients with strong interpersonal skills and abilitiesWhat we’re looking for : 5+ years in consulting, business analysis and / or relevant industryBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Architecture, or another related field (Technical BA)Experience in documenting and working within large scale and highly interconnected processes and teams spanning domestic and international media operations Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel translating to advanced analytical and communication skills leveraging Microsoft OfficeAbility to speak comfortably in front of an executive audience and lead productive and pointed meetings among stakeholders
