As a Food Services Team Member, you will be :
- Responsible for meal production including preparation of hot and cold meals as required by daily menus.
- Follows and understands recipes.
- Understands and follows modified diet plans
- Monitors food quality and quantity to ensure service standards are maintained. Takes corrective action if necessary
- Shows initiative and time awareness of peak periods to meet productions standards. Works with culinary team to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency.
- Follows infection control techniques in all work and practices. Utilizes sanitary work practices while handling food and for department maintenance.
- Follows waste control measures to avoid over and under production and to properly utilize leftovers.
- Attends educational seminars and inservices as required
- Completes other duties and assists with special projects as assigned or requested.
We have a fulltime position open. This is 4-10hr.days with 3 days off. Hours are 6 : 30am-5 : 00pm. Every other weekend is required.
