Job Summary :
We are seeking an outstanding scientist with a broad range of skills to support the antibody drug discovery from our proprietary antibody discovery and engineering platforms.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated team player and be able to multitask in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in antibody screening and characterization while contributing to cutting-edge scientific discoveries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Antibody Construction & Characterization : Antibody library construction, antibody screening utilizing flow cytometry, ELISA, and cell-based functional assays.
- Antibody Expression : such as cell-free systems
- Cell Line Maintenance : Yeast / mammalian cell lines for cell-based assays, reagent preparation, and inventory.
- Data Analysis : Analyze and interpret experimental data, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to the research team and senior management.
- Experimental Design : Collaborate with team members to design and implement experiments aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records in Benchling in accordance with company policies.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including computational biologists, engineers, business development, and project managers, to drive research projects forward.
- Innovation : Stay current with the latest scientific literature and technological advancements to bring innovative ideas and techniques to the team.
Qualifications :
Preferred Experience : MS or Ph.D in Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biopharmaceutical, or related field with 4+ (MS) and 1+ (Ph.
D) years of relevant industry experience.
- Previous laboratory experience in molecular biology, cell culture, and protein biochemistry techniques is desirable.
- Technical Skills :
- Vector construction for transgene expression in mammalian cells, reporter gene-based assay development and qualification.
- Antibody screening and selection techniques, such as phage / yeast / mammalian cell display, hybridoma, and ribosome display.
- Any high throughput screening platform experience for ranking protein’s biophysical properties or binding affinities through biochemistry or cell-based essay.
- Any single-cell technology experience for RNA or functional analysis combined with next-generation sequencing (NGS).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot experiments and optimize protocols independently.
