Your Role

- Arrange interviews assess candidates and provide essential information and guidance to decisionmakers.
- Engage in liveonline training and development focused on our product offerings.
- Define your business objectives and create a personalized schedule to achieve your growth targets
- Provide leadership and coaching to develop your team.
- Foster a learning and growth mindset and contribute to a thriving culture of growth and success.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in a business development role or in a selfemployed or entrepreneurial role.
- Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A gogetter with a passion for learning and a commitment to your own personal development.
- Highly motivated and ambitious eager to elevate your career success to new levels and committed to setting your own growth and success targets.
- Experience with digital platforms and social networking sites.
- Mentoring or coaching experience is a plus.
