About The Position
ID : 51458557 Shift : 7 - 7 : 30 Description : COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April.
Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children s prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season.
Days and nights available - Shift will be decided during the interview. Assignments begin in January. This assignment will float between all acute care inpatient units to include Infectious Disease, GI, Endo, Neuro, Ortho, Pulm, and Hem Onc / BMT.
Experience Requirements Two years experience as a registered nurse One year of pediatric experience. Education / Certification / License / Registry Requirements Associate s degree or Bachelor s degree in nursing.
Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date.
Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association prior to start date. Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association APHON certification required for Hem-Onc / BMT nurses.
