About the Role As a Supply Chain Planning Manager for Stanley, you will lead short- and long-term supply planning for our key product lines in the North America market.
As well as support the management of the supply-demand balance for all global markets. You will oversee the operations of a team of supply planners with the objective of balancing inventory investment, service level and revenue attainment goals.
You will have a key influence into new product development launches and product transitions, along with cross-functional engagement, people management and people development responsibilities.
What You Will Do Lead integrated supply planning activities across the organization, running S&OP cycles Review, identify, and mitigate any near-term and long-range imbalances of supply and demand using quantitative analysis and data-based decision making Manage lead times and variability to ensure supply availability to meet and exceed service, revenue, and profitability objectives.
Review, identify and mitigate constrained supply requirements within a horizontal supply chain to support cost, inventory, and service objectives.
Create, implement, and monitor supply planning KPI's (improving inventory to sales ratio, turns and fill rate) to drive business improvements.
Facilitate new product rollouts and coordinate product discontinuations with Commercial / Sales, Product Creation and Supply Chain teams Manage and develop the performance of direct reports and team members through performance management, calibration, resource review and planning, capability, training and development.
Provides monthly and weekly production plans to factories and distribution / fulfillment partners to meet the sales demand while ensuring partner requirements are met Drive continuous improvement in supply planning through network optimization by using systems and tools such as Kinaxis Drive network productivity YoY by ensuring timely delivery of new products and replenishment orders by collaborating with Demand Planning to make decisions on optimized capacity levels that align to the sales plan Identify areas of risk and opportunity for our business, working to reconcile our supply with commercial and sales teams and clearly communicate issues or opportunities as they arise Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, mathematics, business, or related quantitative disciplines 10+ years of demand planning experience.
E-commerce experience preferred 5+ years of leadership experience Advanced skills in Excel and knowledge of Kinaxis or other enterprise level planning applications Core strength in advanced forecasting concepts, principles, and standard processes (such as regression analysis, causal analysis, etc.
Preferred knowledge and experience in PowerBI Salary Range $110,000 - $130,000 annually. The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed.
The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
