JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
Department : Emergency Department
Shift Timing : 19 : 00-07 : 30 Hours Monday to friday (3 Days / 12 Hours) Friday Saturday and Sunday
Per Week : 36 Hours
Responsibilities
Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Qualifications
BLS and ACLSNational Institutes of Health (NIH) Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
The ability to stand for extended periods.Strong technical skills.Knowledge of medical terminologyPassionate about patient careRequires a minimum of two years of current Surgical Tech Pediatric surgery experience.
Graduate from a fully accredited Surgical Tech programActive unencumbered Certified Surgical Tech Texas state license One year of Cerner experience
