Your Role : Client Intake :

Client Intake :

• Be the welcoming voice for all inbound calls, responding swiftly and professionally.
• Dive deep into understanding prospective clients' legal needs and set up consultations with our attorneys.
• Become familiar with our firm's services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
• Provide accurate information while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.
• Work in-office every day with our Philadelphia team.

Sales & Client Relationship Management :

• Transform warm leads into loyal clients with your follow-up skills.
• Keep meticulous records of all client interactions in our CRM.
• Prepare fee agreements outlining our services, fee structures, and payment options.
• Reach out to clients post-consultation to reinforce their decision to choose us.

Team Collaboration :

• Work hand-in-hand with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff.
• Efficiently schedule appointments, ensuring productivity and organization.
• Participate in team meetings to update on potential cases and client interactions.
• Organize paperwork and manage data entry in our CRM for seamless onboarding and client file management.

What We're Looking For :

• Stellar verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency with computers, data entry, and spreadsheet management.
• Ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting performance metrics.
