Landscape Production Manager

Homestead Gardens Landscaping Division is in search of a dynamic and self-driven Landscape Production Manager to take charge of every facet of our landscape projects, guiding them from conceptualization to successful completion.

What You Will Do :

• Supervise and ensure the quality of installation, maintenance, and construction projects.
• Review Division needs for supplies and hardgoods, requisitioning as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between Landscape Production and Design / Sales Associates.
• Review job sites and contracts of sold jobs.
• Assist with estimating, as needed.
• Review completed work orders for billing processing.
• Ensure all jobs are completed in a timely manner.
• Lead and motivate a team of landscape technicians, fostering optimal performance and productivity.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources Manager in interviewing and hiring Landscape Production associates.

What You Will Bring :

• Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape design, and construction techniques.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English. This is required for the position.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Budgeting and financial management proficiency.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software.
• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field, or proven experience as a Landscape Production Manager or in a similar role.
