Mechanical Design Lead
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a HVAC Engineer to join a leading and highly respected Mechanical Building Services contractor as Mechanical Design Lead.
My client is a forward-thinking design and build company based in the Midlands that is looking to expand their team. Typical projects range from £50,000 to £3 million within the commercial sector, including Cat A & B fit-outs and full HVAC installations for schools, hotels, and offices.
Due to expansion, they are now looking to bring in a Mechanical Design Lead to assist and lead new projects.
Key Skills Needed
- Experience on the contractor side (not critical).
- Experience with office fit-out work and the associated timescales.
- Other work experience includes schools, sports centres, hotels, showrooms, and swimming pools.
- Experience working with wet heating, CHWS, 4-pipe FCUs, VRV, VAV, domestic water, and public health systems.
- Capable of producing site surveys and validation reports.
- Preferably trained in EDSL, Tas, and capable of producing load calculations.
Package
Salary - £65,000 - £70,000
