Title : M365 Principal Engineer
Location : Remote (US based candidates only)
Duration : 12+ months contract
Pay rate range : $50-$55 / hr on W2
USC candidates only
Responsibilities :
Serve as escalation point and troubleshoot highly complex, intricate technical problems to ensure optimal service levels
Work on multiple incidents and projects simultaneously
Consult as a subject-matter expert of M365 technology and technical operations
Act as a point of escalation in complex, critical instances and directs the efforts of junior staff as required to support the customer
Leverage experience and knowledge to proactively engage in root-cause analysis and preventative projects
Create, review, and approve content for technical solutions which contributes to internal knowledge bases and departmental documentation
Develop and maintain direct customer and broader service delivery relationships
Proactively work to improve service delivery performance and customer satisfaction
Consider potential security impacts to the customer and Dell when delivering services
Deliver great customer experiences at every opportunity
Mentor and provide technical leadership to other team members
Travel 10% - 20% of the time as required to support Managed Services customers
Qualifications Requirements
Undergraduate degree with 8+ years of related professional experience, or equivalent experience
Experience using Service Now to manage incidents, problems, and requests
M365 Administration experience for large complex organizations including :
Identity and Access Management
Exchange Online
Teams for Business
SharePoint Online
OneDrive for Business
Office 365 Applications
M365 Security Center
Strong organization and planning skills to oversee the successful implementation of program deliverables and improvements
Experience utilizing ServiceNow or another ITIL platform for incident and request management
Ability to document processes and lifecycle management of knowledge base documentation
Ability to set priority and delegate within a service delivery team
Willingness to participate in a customer support on-call rotation
Qualifications Preferences
Microsoft M365 Administration certification(s)
