Location : Oakmont, PA

Schedule : Full-Time (40 hours / week) - 2nd Shift - 3pm-11 : 30pm Mon-Fri plus monthly weekend rotation

Salary : $30 and up per hour, based on experience

Position Duties : Provide IV administration, med pass, wounds, assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to our program participants (age 55+).

This includes responsibilities such as bathing / showering, toileting, dressing, meal prep, feeding, light cleaning, etc.

Occasional hours in the community as needed.

Requirements :

  • A valid PA LPN license - (graduate of accredited nursing school)
  • Minimum of 1 year (12 months) of experience working with the frail or elderly population; preferably in long-term care, home healthcare, or community health
  • Valid PA Drivers license and reliable vehicle
