Job Description
The Project Manager will organize and lead the program team, ensuring they have all necessary resources. Responsibilities include managing projects, encompassing design, schedules, project progress, and resource allocation.
The role involves creating cost budgets for labor, supplies, materials, and other project costs, collaborating with clients, owners, and other construction management to determine budget and timelines.
The Project Manager will create schedules for designers and contractors, assist in assigning work accordingly, maintain daily logs for the project, interact with the owner's management team, and make operational changes to meet design and construction deadlines.
The role requires implementing cost-effective and efficient management techniques. We seek a construction team leader who manages project budgets and schedules and coordinates general contractors, ensuring that design and construction progress according to schedule and budget.
Hard Skills
- 10+ years of Construction Project Management
- Aviation experience (Airports)
- Understanding of construction equipment, including safe operating practices and signs of maintenance issues
- In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal construction regulations
