Dermatology Medical Assistant
Medical practice in Ballantyne seeking a Certified / Registered Medical Assistant to join their team. Temp to perm. Regular business hours, 8 am - 5 pm, M-F. Pay $20 / hour.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Room patients, take vitals, assist providers with minor procedures.
- Will take patients back to exam rooms and type up notes on the iPad during appointment
- Schedule surgeries, coordinate things quickly, must be able to interact with people at all levels.
- This is a very busy office; must be able to help out as needed if your provider is out.
- Will be cross-trained to help with front office duties and in other areas.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must be certified / registered - CMA or RMA.
- 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience within the same practice - strong tenure is important!
- Wants someone who is upbeat and enjoys a faster pace and busy practice
- Must be technically savvy with EMR.
