WHAT YOU'LL DO : Supervising field technicians within area of responsibility Evaluate area for staffing needs. Interview, hire, and train new employees in area Ability to prioritize workflow and communicate priorities to technicians effectively Assist technicians with any production questions or problems that may arise Provide leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training, and development Understand the HR function within an organization and work within those guidelines Travel within the area to meet with technicians on a regular basis Help with all areas of the production when necessary Required to perform other duties as assigned WHAT YOU'LL BRING : Compliance with complete background check including good driving record Maintain a current / active driver’s license Strong organizational and time management skills to work independently Ability to effectively communicate and interact with supervisor, co-workers, staff and customers Working knowledge of basic computers and office programs as required to perform job duties Ability to read and write effectively Previous experience in a supervisory position, required High school diploma or equivalent PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Vision correctable to 20 / 20 Finger dexterity for keyboarding and computer usage Ability to sit and stay focused for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
