Receptionist

Our client is looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join their growing team!

The Receptionist is a temp position in the Nashville area with a fully in-office schedule!

Responsibilities :

• Answering phone
• Answering doorbell
• Greet clients and visitors and escort to the conference room
• Receive Packages
• Keep kitchen clean, including unloading dishwasher, and stock with drinks / snacks
• Keep reception area and conference room clean throughout the day
• Take out trash daily
• Water plants (Front desk and Conference Room)
• Changing lightbulbs
• Restocking printer paper and toner in copier
• Printer support for office staff
• Ordering office supplies and kitchen items Some in person shopping, but primarily online
• Order and pick-up lunch occasionally
• Coordinating services (cleaning, AC repair, appliance repair, etc) as needed
• Company credit card receipt collection and statement verification
• Print labels, envelopes, etc. as needed
• Scanning and other ad hoc duties Qualifications :
• HS Diploma
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication skills
