Responsibilities
- QuickBooks Proficiency : Demonstrate expertise in QuickBooks Online to handle all aspects of financial transactions, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Month-end Closing : Assist in executing month-end closing procedures, including reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements.
- Expense Management : Monitor and control expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Qualifications
- QuickBooks Online Expertise : Proven experience and proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must.
- Accounting Experience : Previous experience in accounting roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles.
- Organizational Skills : Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills : Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a dynamic work environment.
- Detail-Oriented : Keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Compensation
$75,000 - $93,000 yearly
