In Hudson County, NJ (*REMOTE* and PART-TIME Position) : Our client - cutting edge fuel company, focused on decarbonizing transportation within the renewable energy and transportation sectors - is searching for a Contracts Manager to support their legal team on a part-time, project consultancy basis.
The ideal candidate for this role will bring two to five (2-5) years of Contracts Paralegal experience, with exposure to corporate law, corporate transactions, energy regulation and related matters.
Role involves filing of governance documents, coordinating NDA review, managing the companies trademark portfolio as well as some administrative tasks, such as tracking of outside counsel spend and direct support to SVP and General Counsel.
Position is fully remote, with a part-time schedule (20-25 hours per week, i.e. 4-5 hours each business day, during standard 9-5 business hours) that may eventually evolve into a full-time role over time.

REQUIRED / IDEAL SKILLSET
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar role (ideally within the renewable energy sector)
- True PART-TIME availability (20-25 hours per week, 4-5 hours each business day during 9 - 5 EST)
- Ability to work remotely (viable at-home office set-up, strong WiFi connection, etc.)
- Proven skills in managing and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Experience with amendments, corporate governance, and administrative assistance.
- Proficient in managing trademarks and handling trademark renewals.
