Planning

• Design and organize detailed itineraries that meet clients needs including accommodations activities and special requests.
• Coordinate all aspects of the booking process ensuring a seamless and stressfree experience for clients.

Destination Expertise

• Stay updated on the latest destinations trends and experiences to offer clients the best possible options.
• Make tailored suggestions for destinations and experiences based on clients interests and goals.

Training and Development

• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in escape planning.
• Attend webinars and workshops provided by vendors and suppliers to stay current in the industry.

Client Satisfaction

• Deliver exceptional customer service before during and after the escape to ensure a memorable experience.
• Address any issues or concerns promptly maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients effectively.
• Basic computer skills and access to a reliable internet connection; a smartphone is required and a laptop is recommended.
• A passion for adventure and personal experience with getaways is a plus but not required.
• Previous experience in customer service but not mandatory.
