Join Our Team as a BDC Sales Representative at Jenkins and Wynne in Clarksville, TN!
Job Summary :
As a BDC Sales Representative, you are responsible for responding to all sales inquiries via online, text, email, and phone call both timely and efficiently.
Your primary focus will be to schedule sales appointments that show.
Pay and benefits :
$10 hourly, plus commission based off amount of quality appointments scheduled.
Approx. $54k-$57k a year

Full Time / Part Time and Schedule :
Monday-Friday with alternating Saturdays.

Essential Duties :
Answer all incoming sales calls; call, text, and email all online sales requests and be able to confidently and correctly answer basic automotive feature questions using sales tools provided.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales follow-up process.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Assist with sales support activities as needed.
Skills Required :
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred, but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using sales software and tools, or ability to learn them
