Salary ranges from $50,000-$60,000 based off experienceThis position is fully onsite
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) ensures exceptional customer service by promptly handling inquiries, processing orders accurately, and resolving issues to exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities include managing orders, maintaining product knowledge, and collaborating across departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities : Customer Service Representative
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and product information.
- Enter and manage quotes and orders with attention to detail.
- Resolve post-sale issues and provide ongoing support.
- Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers.
- Collaborate with Sales on Long-Term Agreements (LTA) and order details.
- Implement procedure improvements as identified by the CSR team.
- Provide backup support to team members when needed.
Skills & Qualifications : Customer Service Representative
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
