Hourly Pay Range : $32.60 - $48.90 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Mental Health Clinical Therapist II Position Highlights : Position : Mental Health Therapist II Location : 901 W Kirchhoff Rd. Arlington Heights, IL. Full Time : 40 hours / week Hours : Monday-Friday, Hours vary upon the need of the department General Summary : Reporting to the Director of LOMG Counseling Services and / or LOMG Practice Manager, provides quality clinical therapeutic services to patient populations and their families / significant others in a physician office or other settings (NCH / MG). The Clinical Therapist serves as a member of the interdisciplinary team, supporting the organization's treatment program and philosophy assuring the delivery of quality treatment. Orienting and mentoring new staff to the program. What you will need : Education : Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related program required, Psy D. preferred. License : Current State of Illinois License with a minimum of four letters which may include LCSW, LCPC or LMFT required. Certification : Current CPR certification. CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification within 90 days of hire. Experience : Minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
